Privacy Policy — Arrow Escape
1) Scope: Arrow Escape is an arrow puzzle game by VoysApps. This policy explains what data the app processes and why. The game does not require an account, email, or real name.
2) Anonymous Game Profile: When you open online features, the app signs you in anonymously and gives you a random user ID. The nickname, avatar, team name, team emblem and color you choose, your scores and level replays, daily puzzle results, weekly league standing, lives and requests you send to teammates, team activity, team membership, and season pass progress are stored on our servers (Supabase) so leagues, teams and rankings work. Your nickname, avatar and team are visible to other players in leagues and teams.
3) Local Game Data: Levels completed, coins, streaks, village progress, settings and similar data are stored on your device.
4) Device Identifiers and Advertising: The free experience shows ads through Google AdMob. Google may collect device identifiers such as the Advertising ID (GAID) or IDFA (on iOS only if you allow tracking), IP address, and ad interaction data to show and measure ads. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent through Google's consent message before personalized ads are shown, and you can change your choice later in the app's settings.
5) Purchases: In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store and Google Play; we do not receive your card details. We use RevenueCat to validate and restore purchases using anonymized identifiers.
6) Notifications: If you allow notifications, the app schedules local reminders on your device (for example, streak or energy reminders). You can turn them off in the app or in your device settings.
7) How We Use Data: To run the game and its online features, restore purchases, show and measure ads, prevent abuse, and fix problems. We do not sell your personal data.
8) Third-Party Services: Data is shared only with providers needed to operate the app: Supabase (https://supabase.com/privacy), RevenueCat (https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy), and Google AdMob (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
9) Retention and Deletion: Online profile data is kept while you use the game. You can delete it at any time in the app under Settings → “Delete my account and data”; this removes your online profile and its server records immediately and resets the progress on your device. You can also email appsvoys@gmail.com with your in-game nickname and we remove it within 30 days unless longer retention is required by law. See the Account Deletion tab for details.
10) Children: Arrow Escape is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
