How Voys Apps handles personal data across our websites and apps.

Who we are

Voys Apps is a software studio based in Turkey. We publish consumer apps and related websites, including Receezy, Slide AI, QuickDoc, Words Journey, and Arrow Escape. This policy applies to voysapps.io and the products listed there.

What we collect

Account data such as email, name, authentication identifiers, and preferences.

Product data needed to run each app, such as content you create, chat with AI features, and usage needed to keep web and mobile in sync where a product offers both.

Billing data: subscription and credit status, store or checkout identifiers, and receipts. We do not store full card numbers. Web payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. iOS and Android purchases are processed by Apple and Google.

Usage and diagnostics such as app events, crash logs, and approximate device or browser information.

How we use data

We use this information to provide and improve our products, authenticate you, grant paid features, process payments, provide support, and keep the services reliable.

We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

We share data with service providers who help us operate Voys Apps products, including hosting, authentication, databases, analytics, advertising where shown, and payments (Paddle on the web; Apple App Store and Google Play on mobile; RevenueCat for entitlements where used).

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect Voys Apps, our users, or the public.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Our websites may use cookies or similar technologies for essential site operation, security, analytics, and — where enabled — advertising. On voysapps.io we may use Google AdSense or Google advertising technologies after the site is approved to show ads.

Authorized digital sellers for our web properties are listed in https://voysapps.io/ads.txt. Mobile app advertising authorization uses https://voysapps.io/app-ads.txt where applicable.

Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland may see a consent message before personalized ads are shown. You can change advertising choices through that message or your device settings. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and product data while your account is active. You can request deletion from the in-app account screen or at https://voysapps.io/account-deletion. After deletion we remove or anonymize personal data except records we must keep for tax, fraud, or legal reasons, including payment history held by Paddle, Apple, or Google.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or to object to certain processing. Email appsvoys@gmail.com. Users in Türkiye can also review the KVKK page linked from each product.
