Product support

Most product issues are handled by the support address listed on that product’s support page at voysapps.io/app/{product}/support. Common addresses include receezysupport@gmail.com for Receezy-related billing and support@voysapps.io for several newer titles.

When you write, include the app name, the email on your account, your device (iOS or Android), and a short description of what went wrong. Screenshots help when a button or export fails.

Privacy and account deletion

To request access, correction, or deletion of personal data, email appsvoys@gmail.com from the address tied to your account, or follow https://voysapps.io/account-deletion. Name the product so we process the right dataset.

Users in Türkiye can also review each product’s KVKK page linked from the product navigation.

Billing and refunds

Web purchases for products that use Paddle are billed by Paddle as merchant of record. Start with your Paddle receipt or the refund policy at https://voysapps.io/refunds.

Apple App Store and Google Play purchases must be refunded through Apple or Google. We cannot reverse a store charge from this website.
